What We Do
Clothing & preparation for interview
Our tried and tested service ensures every woman we dress is ready to face her interview and get the job.
Women that are referred to us ahead of a job interview will be provided with free interview clothing and interview preparation & training as part of one appointment.
This simple intervention empowers clients, ensuring they create a great first impression and feel confident enough to wow prospective employers.
Free interview clothing
Our stylists will provide your client with an outfit as part of a personal styling session, taking into account the nature of the work that her interview is for.
We provide high quality, new and gently-used professional workwear from retailers, brands, corporates and individuals. We have a wide range of clothing available in addition to shoes, handbags and accessories, all of which are provided free of charge and are theirs to keep.
"The ladies took the time to dress us and listened to our opinions. They even stayed late just to make sure we were happy with our choice."

Interview preparation & training
A one-to-one interview preparation session will then be delivered by one of our interview coaches, including a mock interview, coaching, guidance and advice. This will again be tailored to the specific role that the client is being interviewed for.
It was extremely helpful doing a mock interview; I feel more confident in my potential responses at interview.

Clothing for work
Clients who secure work are invited back for a 'capsule wardrobe' - several outfits that she can mix and match pieces from for her first month of work.
You can refer a woman to receive a capsule wardrobe even if she was not supported by us ahead of her job interview, so long as she would be eligible for our interview preparation services and is coming out of unemployment.
We are happy to support women starting training programmes, apprenticeships, and work placements.
Our stylists will provide your client with a 'capsule wardrobe' of several outfits for her to mix and match in her new role. This is particularly useful where she will not be paid until after her first month of work, a problem faced by many women leaving unemployment.
As with an interview preparation appointment, all items are hers to keep and will create the foundations of her working wardrobe.
"Thank you so much! A whole new attitude and a whole new look and new me for my new job!"

Once a woman is referred to us, we will follow her progress and support her in every way we can.
We get in touch with clients who have had an interview to see how it went and to find out if she got the job.
Clients that secure employment after their interview are automatically invited back for a second appointment to receive outfits for work.
Clients that are unsuccessful at interview are offered a careers chat wherein she will be given career guidance and CV review by one of our interview coaches.
In the long term, clients are invited to become part of our Professional Women's Group (PWG) support network, providing them access to mentoring and career development advice.
Professional Women's Group
Our Professional Women's Group (or 'PWG') is a network of former clients who meet regularly to continue their professional development.
Clients who express an interest in the PWG are contacted to become part of the group.
